At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa celebrates the arrival of summer with Executive Chef Christopher Graham’s new menu featuring the finest international produce and seasonal ingredients.
Guests can enjoy an exceptional multi-course lunch and evening dining experience at the restaurant situated on Level 122 of Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa.
The new seasonal menu harmonises amazing vistas of Dubai with exciting new starters such as Foie Gras Torchon, Organic Salmon Mi-Cuit, Hand Dived Scallops and Roast Squab. Inspired by fresh, summertime produce and global flavours, the culinary delicacies have been created with an assortment of fruits, flowers, herbs and foraged leaves.
Executive Chef Christopher, has created an artistic and purposeful plating with his choices of ingredients and premium herbs, complementing and elevating the appeal of the seasonal cuisine.
Indulge in colourful and textured dishes, such as Dry Aged Beef Tenderloin with Tongue & Tail, Watercress and Barolo Vinegar or Salt Bush Lamb with Spiced Aubergine Freekeh and Goat’s Curd Cremeux. Seafood lovers can enjoy elegant combinations such as the Line Caught Sea Bass with Carpet Shell Clams, Baby Squid, Romesco and Puffed Rice, or Braised Turbot with Obsiblue Tartar, Leek, Vanilla and Verjus. These dishes are not only delicious but truly Instagram-worthy!
Pair the excellent starters and mains with a selection of refreshing dessert options ranging from Smoked Chocolate Fondant, Crème Catalon Sphere and Malt Cremeux paired with Kumquat, Rhubarb, Lychee Sorbet and Truffle Honey, among others.
This summer season, At.mopshere, Burj Khalifa, is taking diners on a journey of flavours with unparalleled seasonal tasting and degustation menus, with an à la carte option.
